You can convert any video to high quality MP4 using H264 by downloading a free video converter program called "Xvid4PSP." A PDF guide to convert video to MP4 H264 video is linked: Guide. Along with the video, please include a title and description for the playlist as well as a jpeg for the tumbnail picture.
