Cost: $400.00 - this includes a book of 20 PYFL raffle tickets (a $100.00 value).
Credit card payments will be accepted. Please make sure you bring your $100.00 Snack Shack Deposit check with you.
Documents you will need:
* Registration Form
* Parent Contract
* Picture
* Original utility bill
